Benefits of the Invite Code
- 1. If a user enters your invite code when registering for the Starfish Application, you will receive a 2% commission on the commission earned by Starfish Myanmar from purchases made by that referred user at participating Starfish Zay merchants where Starfish Myanmar collects a commission. This benefit will be valid for a period of 10 years.
- 2. The more users who download the Starfish Application, register, and enter your invite code during registration, the greater your referral benefits and earnings will become.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Starfish Application operated by Starfish Myanmar. By using the Starfish Application, all users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Application Visitor
- Users who access the Starfish Application as visitors without registering an account may browse all publicly available information. However, if you wish to use any purchasing or selling services available within the application, you must register an account.
Account Registration
- Any individual aged 18 years or older may register an account on the Starfish Application.
- Registration can initially be completed using your mobile phone number. You are then required to complete your profile information in the 'My Profile' section at your convenience. This information is collected to verify your identity in case your account is lost or you request account closure, and to allow us to provide rewards or promotional gifts based on your usage.
- The mobile phone number used for registration must be your current and active contact number.
- The Starfish Application can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.
- All personal information provided in the Starfish Application must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- During registration, you will be required to create a Password or PIN (Personal Identification Number). You are responsible for keeping your Password or PIN secure to protect your account and personal information. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
- By using the Starfish Application, you may receive advertisements, promotional materials, and useful information relating to Starfish Myanmar's products, services, and daily lifestyle updates.
- In addition to these terms and conditions, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms provided in the User Guide.
Account Terms and Conditions
- Since user accounts are registered using personal mobile phone numbers, if your phone or SIM card is lost or your phone number changes, you must contact Customer Service to recover your account records.
- When requested by Customer Service, you must provide the necessary information to verify your identity before your account can be restored.
- If you delete your account, your purchase and sales history will be permanently lost.
- You are not permitted to transfer your account to another person.

The following terms and conditions apply to users of the PAYMENT SERVICE. By registering for and using the PAYMENT SERVICE, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Registration
- 1. All Starfish Account holders may use the PAYMENT SERVICE financial services. Users who do not have a Starfish Account may register by completing the registration form. Upon successful registration, you may begin using the PAYMENT SERVICE.
- 2. The personal information requested during registration is collected in accordance with all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements established by the relevant government authorities.
- 3. During registration, you will be required to create a secure password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password to ensure the security of your account and personal information.
- 4. Registration must be completed using a legally registered Myanmar mobile SIM card that is currently in your possession.
- 5. Upon successful registration, an account will be created for you, and you may perform transactions according to the limits assigned to your account level.
Service Terms
- 1. Users must not transfer ownership of their financial account to another individual.
- 2. Only one account is permitted for each mobile phone number.
- 3. Users must not disclose their account password or any one-time passwords (OTPs) received during transactions to any other person.
- 4. If your mobile phone or SIM card is lost, you must immediately notify Customer Service so that your account can be suspended or transferred to a new phone number.
Depositing Funds into Your Account
- 1. Users may deposit funds into their account by transferring money to the PAYMENT SERVICE bank account and submitting the corresponding payment slip.
- 2. Funds may also be deposited through authorized agents or by transferring money directly from your personal bank account.
Withdrawing Funds from Your Account
- 1. Users may withdraw funds from their PAYMENT SERVICE account through authorized agents or by transferring the funds to their personal bank account.
Account-to-Account Transfers
- 1. Users may transfer funds to other PAYMENT SERVICE account holders.
Transaction Fees
- 1. Users must pay the applicable fees for each transaction according to the rates established by the PAYMENT SERVICE.
- 2. Transaction fees are determined by the PAYMENT SERVICE and may be revised from time to time without prior notice.
